yes. There are regulations on clubhead size, shaft length, club weight, groove cuts, face material. I don’t know what all the regs. are, but I do know all of these factors are regulated. Ex. A driver may not exceed a threshold of 460cc(cubic centimeters). This is a rule and refers to the size limit on a clubhead.

There is also a limit to the number of clubs you can carry with you in your bag while playing. Fourteen (14) including the putter.

also you cant change clubs in the middle of a round unless a club breaks, nor can you alter the club in the middle of a round such as fix it if it breaks
